DESCRIPTION:In partnership with the Heart of New Ulm\, this workshop will provide tips and tools for healthy menu planning on a budget. Attendees will prepare a three-course meal during the workshop to take home\, along with recipes for future meal ideas. All groceries and kitchen tools will be provided. Tools will be provided to ease the stress of meal planning while shopping within your budget (and eating healthy)! This workshop will combine education\, locally grown produce\, and some fun in the kitchen! (Please notify if there are any food allergies among those who will consume the meals.)
