Our mission to serve the community by fostering self care\, self love\, and empowerment to make our community a healthier & happier place to live. We can teach our children to be an important part of this by being a steward of kindness to others. Fun Yoga classes\, lessons\, games\, and crafts based on our themes of Kindess\, Joy\, Gratitude & Community. A healthy snack and field trip to German and Riverside Parks is included.
