Minnesota Zoo's Zoomobile
See live birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates at the Minnesota Zoo’s Zoomobile program Saturday, May 25 from 1-3 p.m. at Hermann Heights Park Shelter #2. Inclement weather location is New Ulm Public Library’s meeting room.
The Zoomobile brings communities a variety of programs designed to educate and entertain. Zoomobile naturalists use live animals along with biological artifacts, theater techniques, and audience participation to make each program dynamic, personable, memorable, and fun. The goal of all Zoomobile programs is to create a sense of stewardship and respect for the diversity and complexity of all life on earth.
This free program is open to kids of all ages. Project sponsors are New Ulm Public Library, the River Ranger Program, and New Ulm Park and Recreation. Funding is provided by the River Ranger Program and by a grant from the Traverse des Sioux Library System and is funded in part with money from Minnesota's Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
